Only the country’s largest contracting firms -- like StructureTone, AECOM, Turner, and LendLease -- were able to gather VDC Teams on projects where technical salaries could be recouped by finding efficiencies.

Today, all Contractors can use these tools. Computer hardware is more powerful. The software is established. The cost is reasonable. Many construction companies are implementing VDC practices without instruction from their clients. Its just more profitable.
